£3,000 Government incentive payment for apprentices
Employers with newly hired apprentices who have an employment start date between 1 October 2021 and 31 January 2022, and who also have an apprenticeship start date between 1 October 2021 and 31 March 2022, may be eligible for an incentive payment in addition to the CITB grants available above.
- Employers will receive £3,000 for new apprentices of any age
- The incentive payment is in addition to the £1,000 employers already receive for hiring an apprentice.
- Employers must apply by 15 May 2022
