The 2025 Duchess of Gloucester Award for the Advancement of Skills within the Timber Industry as awarded by the Institute of Carpenters was launched earlier this year. We are delighted to announce the third member of our judging panel for the Award, Ryan Harman-Taylor.Â
With over 25 years of experience as a skilled Carpenter and Joiner, Ryan Harman-Taylor has built a career rooted in craftsmanship and hard work. After working with major house builders across the UK, Ryan established his own Carpentry and Joinery business, combining traditional skills with modern methods. He is also the founder of a successful timber merchant company and manages a growing property portfolio that includes both residential and commercial properties.
Ryan is a Fellow of the Institute of Carpenters (FIOC).
